Returns or refunds for active festival tickets are generally not possible.
If you are unable to use your ticket, the following alternatives are available:
Sell Your Ticket Through the Ticket Exchange
You can offer your festival ticket for sale through the Ticket Exchange in the Wacken Ticket Center. Other interested attendees can then purchase the ticket.

Transfer Your Ticket to Friends or Acquaintances
Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket directly to friends or acquaintances using the "Ticket Transfer" feature.

Note: A direct return of an active festival ticket to the organizer with a subsequent refund of the ticket price is not possible.
