The Wacken ticket is a fully digital ticket and is managed exclusively through the Wacken Ticket Center.
Your ticket will generally be activated in the Ticket Center approximately four weeks before the event. From that point on, you can download it or add it to your mobile wallet.
Important Information About Wacken Open Air Tickets
- For Wacken Open Air, there are no physical hard-copy tickets. All tickets are provided exclusively in digital form.
- Management of your W:O:A ticket is handled exclusively through the Wacken Ticket Center
- When collecting your wristband at the festival grounds, you must present your digital ticket together with a valid photo ID. Your ticket will then be exchanged for a festival wristband.
- Never share your ticket with unauthorized persons. A ticket can only be exchanged for a festival wristband once.
