What does Personalization mean and how does it work?

When tickets are purchased, the names of the respective ticket holders are stored for all tickets. At the entrance, this name will be checked against a valid ID document. If changes are required, for example due to a name change or because the ticket is to be used by someone else, you can perform a ticket holder change (re-personalization).

A processing fee applies to re-personalization requests.

How Re-Personalization Works

  1. Click "Change Ticket Holder" for the ticket you would like to update.
  2. Enter the new first and last name, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click "Pay for Re-Personalization".
  3. You will then be redirected to the payment page of our payment service provider, Mollie.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and pay the processing fee.
  5. Once the payment has been successfully completed and processed, the ticket will automatically be re-personalized with the new name.
  6. You will be informed about the progress of the re-personalization process via email.

Important Notes on Re-Personalization

  • Please ensure that the first and last name are entered correctly. The information must match the ticket holder's ID document.
  • Only the first and last name are relevant. Middle names or additional given names do not necessarily need to be provided.
  • In the case of a name change following marriage, re-personalization is usually not required, as the birth name is often still listed on the ID document.
  • Once the re-personalization process has been completed successfully, the ticket will be issued in the name of the newly specified person and may be used by that person.
