I would like to buy a ticket. What do I have to do?

    If you would like to purchase a ticket through the Ticket Exchange, you will first need a Wacken.ID.

    How to Buy a Ticket Through the Ticket Exchange

    1. Register for a Wacken.ID or log in to the Wacken Ticket Center using your existing Wacken.ID.
    2. Navigate to the "Ticket Exchange" section.
    3. Create a ticket request for the ticket you would like to purchase.
    4. As soon as a matching ticket becomes available, it will automatically be assigned to your request.
    5. You will be notified by email.

    Payment and Ticket Transfer

    • Once a ticket has been assigned to you, it must be paid for within the specified payment deadline.
    • If payment is not completed within this period, the ticket will be released again and assigned to another request.
    • After successful payment, the ticket will be automatically transferred to your account.

    After the Purchase

    You can then find your ticket under "My Tickets" in the Wacken Ticket Center.

    If required, you can also complete the free personalization of the ticket in your name there.

    Note: Ticket assignments are made automatically as soon as a matching ticket becomes available. There is no guarantee that a ticket request will be successfully fulfilled.
