Once the buyer has paid for the ticket, including any applicable fees, and the payment has been successfully processed, the ticket price will be paid out as quickly as possible to the bank account or credit card you have provided.

You can view the current status of your payout at any time in the "Requests" section of the Wacken Ticket Center. In addition, you will be notified by email of any important status changes. Please also check your spam or junk folder if necessary to ensure that you do not miss any notifications.
